Installing XeX Menu
You need:
Computer
RGH/JTAG Xbox
USB Drive (1gb or more)
Horizon (you can use any USB exploring tool)

Tutorial:
1. Format your USB drive to FAT32

2. Put the flash drive in the xbox and configure it. After you are finished put the USB drive back in to the PC
3. Now open Horizon > Tools > Device Explorer (If you are using USB XTAF Explorer, Look here)

4. Now extract the XeX menu zip file that you downloaded. When you extract it open the Live folder and in there you should see C0DE9999 > 00080000 (Demo folder). Drag and drop the file C0DE99990F586558 inside of horizon
Go to Save to device > Flash Drive
If you use USB XTAF Explorer the put the C0DE9999 inside of 0000000000000000
5. Now just put the flash drive inside Xbox, if done all process then you can now see XEX Menu installed
